Garden Twilight Hours:

Mondays and Tuesdays, 9 am - 8 pm

The extended hours during Garden Twilight provide a unique opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the garden at dusk whether it is for peaceful solitude, a romantic evening, family excursion or an entertaining Tempo of Twilight concert. Visitors are able to relax after work in solitary or with family and friends to take a stroll after dinner or simply enjoy the serenity of the garden at twilight. The gift shop also remains open until 8 p.m. during Garden Twilight. 

Narrated Tram Tours:

One-hour narrated tram tours of the garden's 100-acre site are available May through October for $3 per person (adults and children). Please note: on days with high pedestrian traffic, the tram may not run for the safety of our guests. 

Joslyn Art Museum collects, preserves, and interprets the visual arts of the highest quality, fostering appreciation and enjoyment of art for the benefit of a diverse audience. 

The Museum’s original 1931 building is one of the finest examples of Art Deco architecture in the nation. The Walter and Suzanne Scott Pavilion, a 58,000-square-foot addition built in 1994, was designed by renowned British architect Norman Foster, Baron Foster of Thames Bank, as his first U.S. commission.

The Museum features galleries, a 1,000–seat concert hall, fountain court, education technology gallery, lecture hall, classrooms, café, and shop.

Making its home in one of Omaha's most unique treasures, Union Station, The Durham Museum offers a fascinating look at the history of the region. It also offers a broad-range of traveling exhibits, covering subjects ranging from history and culture, to science, industry and more through our affiliation with the Smithsonian Institution and strong ties with the Library of Congress, National Archives and the Field Museum.

While generally the Old Market is open every day, the individual schedules of each business varies. We are a unique, eclectic, independently owned group of businesses. Please check with a business directly for current days and hours. 

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Hilton Omaha offers complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. To make arrangements to use this service, please contact the Hilton directly at 402.998.3400. The shuttle runs every 1/2 hour, and travels in a 3 mile radius.

LOCAL WEATHER

In most years, Omaha averages a daily maximum temperature for June that's between 80°  and 85° F and usually falls between 60° and 65° F in the evenings.
