Who from my company should attend?
Our sessions are geared toward your company's executives, operations, and everyday users. Bringing multiple employees will ensure that each of these team members' voices will be heard and that your team can bring best practices and ideas to implement when you return.
Who from LTi will be attending?
LTi executives and team members from our Sales, Products, Customer Support, and Implementation departments will be onsite and available to talk one-on-one with you about your needs.

When should I plan my travel?
Unless you are planning on attending a workshop, our General Session begin at 9:00 am on Tuesday, June 9th. Our conference will end Wednesday, June 10th at 9:00 pm.
How do I make my hotel reservations?

What meals are included in the registration fee?
Meals will be provided to the group throughout the conference, beginning with breakfast Tuesday morning and ending with our Wednesday night dinner. If you choose to dine separately from LTi sponsored events, you will be responsible for the charges.
DURING THE CONFERENCE
What is the dress code?
Conference dress code is business casual. Dress code for evening networking events is causal. In most years, Omaha averages a daily maximum temperature for June that's between 80°F and 85° F and usually falls between 60° F and 65° F in the evenings. We suggest a sweater or light jacket for meeting rooms and evening events.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
How do I pay for the conference?
From the registration page, select the button to register now. This will take you to our registration site where you can pick your schedule and print your itinerary. During the online registration process, you will be presented with the option to pay by credit card or check.
What is the refund policy for the User Conference?
All conference cancellations received on or before June 3, 2020 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after June 5, 2020. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Please send written notification to Tessa Shaffer at tshaffer@LTiSolutions.com or call 402.493.3445.
